Confirmation of Primary Owner’s Authority

The project owner is the person or entity who holds and controls the real and personal property associated with your project and accepts (or authorizes the acceptance of) the certification agreement. While there may be multiple owners for a project, we ask that you identify an individual using the Confirmation of Primary Owner’s Authority Form to administer the certification process.

For LEED projects, the form can be uploaded within the project’s profile in LEED Online. Navigate to the Details tab and upload the completed form using the Upload button on the right-hand side under Terms and Conditions. If the owner information initially entered is incorrect, please contact us. For programs not supported in LEED Online, please provide the completed form by email to LEEDCoach@cagbc.org.
