Change of Owner Agreement

Complete the Change of Owner Agreement Form to transfer the owner’s rights, title and interest and to delegate their obligations to a new entity.

For LEED projects, the form can be uploaded within the project’s profile in LEED Online. Navigate to the Details tab and upload the completed form using the Upload button on the right-hand side under Terms and Conditions. If the owner information initially entered is incorrect, please contact us. For programs not supported in LEED Online, please provide the completed form by email to LEEDCoach@cagbc.org.
