To ensure LEED and Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) Standard customers receive high-quality support and certification services, while continuing to evolve these standards at the pace of the market, CAGBC will be increasing fees effective April 1, 2025.

Projects can expect an increase of approximately five percent for registration and certification. To encourage the pursuit of decarbonization objectives across projects of all sizes, new, lower fees have been introduced ZCB-Design projects under 2,500 m2.

All invoices generated on or after April 1, 2025, will apply the new fee schedules. LEED projects may prepay the current certification fees before, and submit for certification later, if desired.

You can view the new ZCB fee schedule and LEED fee schedule online.
