The CAGBC website relaunched last spring with a new look. We’d like to highlight the following pages to find important information:

1) MyCAGBC: Accessed from the sticky hamburger menu in the upper right corner, click MyCAGBC and login to manage your account, profile information, and view purchases like on-demand courses or events. MyCAGBC also provides access to MyProjects.

2) MyProjects: Once logged via MyCAGBC, you will see a list of certification projects where you are an assigned team member. Now project teams can add to the Project Database profile using the “Edit Profile” button towards the bottom of the individual project summary. As early as project registration, you can add photos or renderings, a description or abstract, and the organizations involved in the project. Projects with images and summaries are more likely to be profiled by CAGBC.

3) Project Database: Find it in the menu under Showcase. Look at your project (or scroll through others) using the filters. This public database houses over 8,000 registered and certified Canadian green building projects. You can also explore the Green Building Spotlight under Showcase for a variety of project case studies. Interested in having your project showcased? Reach out to our marcom team.

4) Celebrate your certified project: After you’ve added to your Project Database profile, visit the Marketing Support page for ways to share your success.

5) News: Under the News and insights section of the main menu, keep up to date by checking up on the News page. This page contains all the articles and press releases published by CAGBC starting with the most recent. Filter for Certification essentials and Certification updates under Topic to find CAGBC Technical Bulletin content.

6) Technical Resources: Here you’ll find resources and documents for project teams. Some are Canadian content like ZCB-Design Standard v3, LEED v4 ACP information, CAGBC Certification Agreements, others redirect to helpful USGBC tools like the LEED Credit Library. New in 2023, CAGBC offers the French version of the LEED v4 BD+C Reference Guide as a free resource, available in the Technical Resources section of our website.Download a copy

7) LEED Canada: As LEED Canada has sunset, project teams working to complete certification for LEED Canada projects will find all the references and tools consolidated on this page. This is where you’ll find a link to the LEED Canada Credit Interpretation Request (CIR) database

8) The footer: At the bottom of every page, the footer includes links to all CAGBC social media channels. Follow CAGBC on LinkedIn or subscribe to the 2023 LEED Review insight video series on Youtube. There is also an FAQs section with common questions asked of LEED Coach Canada.

9) Search…: Can’t find it? There is now a very powerful search function within the dropdown menu as well as on the news, case studies, and technical resource pages. Be specific: type in ACP, disclosure challenge, transition plan, or reviewer tip. We hope you find what you’re looking for.
