The LEED^® Canada for New Construction Campus and Multiple Buildings Application Guide is now available online.

“The CaGBC is pleased to offer campus and multiple building projects a customized, streamlined pathway for their LEED^® Canada projects,” says Thomas Mueller, CaGBC president. “We anticipate these guidelines will simplify and speed up certification for these projects."

This electronic document provides direction to project teams covering such topics as:

• establishing site boundaries;
• sharing infrastructure such as District Energy Systems;
• achieving LEED credits on a campus-wide scale;
• certifying multiple buildings built at the same time as a single entity;
• simplifying LEED documentation for shared or repeated elements.

The application guide is free for CaGBC members and may be downloaded directly from the “Documents” section of MyCaGBC. Non-members may purchase the guide for $55. A supplementary document, the District Energy System Interpretation Guide, is included with the guide as an appendix.
